A TCS spokesperson said, under this model, only 25 per cent of the employees will be in the same office at a time. Earlier, TCS had asked its employees to return to the office location from November 15.
This decision was taken after a huge drop in corona cases across the world. The company has clarified that the hybrid model of operation is taking a permanent form in most places in the future. Under this, the way of the employee coming to the office or working from home or other remote location is included.
TCS has also said that it has started a comprehensive corporate vaccination program for its employees and their dependents. However, the IT company says that 70 percent of the country’s working population has been fully immunized. Whereas 95 percent have got at least one vaccine for corona.
