The board said that the purpose of the e-campaign is to help taxpayers verify tax or financial transaction information online and to promote voluntary acceptance. Under this campaign, taxpayers will be able to access information related to their financial transactions on the portal. At the same time, they will also be able to submit online response, so that they will not have to go to the income tax office.
