Although a loan from the bank has to pay 9% interest, but the government gives a subsidy of 2% in it. On the other hand, farmers who deposit installments on time get additional 3% rebate. In such a situation, farmers get a loan at a mere 4% interest rate. Through this card you can easily buy agricultural related goods.

These documents will be needed
To apply under the Kisan Credit Card Scheme, you will need photocopy of Voter ID card, PAN card, passport, Aadhaar card, driving license etc. as an identity card. Also your bank passbook photo, your passport size photo. Apart from this, you have to fill the form and submit it.

How to apply
You can apply for Kisan Credit Card at any bank. For this you can go to the bank’s website. Here you have to choose the option of Kisan Credit Card from the Credit Cards List. Click Apply here. After this, the online application page will open. Fill in the information requested here and submit it. During this, note the application reference number. You will be contacted on getting qualified by the bank. After this, you have to hand over the documents. On completion of the paperwork, the Kisan Credit Card will be sent to your home address in a few days. A Kisan Credit Card can be obtained from any Co-operative Bank, Kshetriya Gramin Bank.
