According to Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, this scheme will not only provide jobs to the unemployed but will also boost the production of green energy. Under this scheme, 10 lakh rupees will be required at the rate of 40 thousand rupees to set up the plant. The government will provide financial assistance to the people for setting up the plant. The plant will produce 38 thousand units of electricity every year, which Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited will buy for 25 years. In such a situation, needy people can earn profits by selling electricity to the government.

Under this scheme, beneficiaries will have to set up a 25-kilowatt solar plant. These solar plants can be set up on private land or leased land. Co-operative banks will give loans for this. This loan will be given at an interest rate of 8% for 15 years. If you want, you can recover the rent by leasing the land. It can also become a source of income. Under the Uttarakhand Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana, the government will provide loans to migrant laborers for their employment. The maximum cost of the project in the manufacturing sector will be Rs 25 lakh and the maximum cost for the service and business sector will be Rs 10 lakh.
