Records are being made continuously on record in the domestic stock market. After closing the record on Monday, today on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, a new historical record has been made again in the market. Today BSE Sensex has touched the level of 57,000 for the first time. Metal and pharma shares opened sharply at the level of 57017.13 with a gain of 127.37 points or 0.22% in the Sensex opening. At the same time, the Nifty gained 39.20 points i.e. 0.23% and the index was at the level of 16,970.20.

Based on 30 shares, 18 shares opened in green on BSE today. The highest rise was recorded in HCL Tech. Bharti Airtel, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS also registered gains. On the other hand, the biggest fall was done in M&M, ICICI Bank, HDFC and Bajaj Finserv.

If we talk about yesterday’s closing, the domestic stock markets were bullish due to buying in Reliance Industries, ICICI Bank and Axis Bank, which have strong shares in the Sensex, amid a positive trend in the global markets. The Sensex had reached 56,958.27 points at one time during trading. In the end, it closed at 56,889.76 with a gain of 765.04 points or 1.36 percent. Nifty jumped 225.85 points, or 1.35 percent, to close at a record 16,931.05. During trading, it had gone up to the highest level of 16,951.50 points.

With the rise in the stock markets, the market capitalization of companies listed on the BSE reached a record level of Rs 2,47,30,108.97 crore on Monday. With this, the wealth of investors has increased by Rs 5,76,600.66 crore in the last three trading sessions.
