EMI will be Rs 57,474 in this. Canara Bank and Punjab Sindh Bank are offering loans of 75 lakh rupees at an interest rate of 6.90 per cent. SBI is offering loans at an interest rate of 7.20 per cent. On the other hand, HDFC Limited and LIC Housing Finance are charging 7% interest on a home loan of Rs 75 lakh. Bajaj Finserv is also offering loans at an interest rate of 7.5 per cent.

Special discount on festive season
In this festive season, private and government banks are offering different types of offers to woo customers. In this connection, HDFC Bank has brought the Festive Treats Scheme. It has more than 1000 offers for customers from the bank. The good thing is that processing fees and EMIs are being exempted on the loan. Not only this, if you shop from select e-commerce sites with HDFC card then you will get cashback on that too. ICICI Bank has also brought Festive Bonanza. In this, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm and Tata Click will get up to 10% discount on purchases. Also, there will be a discount in processing fees for taking a home loan from here or transferring loans from other banks. Similarly, you will get discounts on taking home at SBI Festive Season Offers. Customers who have a good credit score will get a special discount of 0.10 percent in the interest rate.
