Post Office Savings Account: If your savings account is in the post office and it is linked to the Aadhar Card, then you can avail the government subsidy (Subsidy). You can take this subsidy into account with the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) facility. The Post Office Department (India Post) has issued a circular on 11 August regarding this.
Under which DBT benefits can be obtained in the Post Office Savings Account. A column linking Aadhaar is included for this. This column will appear in the account opening application / purchase of certificate form. This decision has been taken in view of the interests of the depositors. However, the old customers need not worry, they can also take advantage of this facility.

The Post Office has released the form in the name of Application for Linking / Seeding and Receiving DBT Benefits into POSB Account. Through this, account holders can connect their savings account with their Aadhaar. At the same time, account holders can submit their Aadhaar details to the respective post office branch for getting offline links. Explain that in April, the government issued a Common Application Form to invest in Public Provident Fund, National Savings Certificate and other small savings schemes.
