OTP needed after 8pm
On behalf of the bank, it has been said that no customers will be able to withdraw money from the ATM without OTP from 8 am to 8 am. However, this rule will not be applicable on the day. That is, you will be able to withdraw money as before in the day. Please tell that SBI started this facility from 1 January 2020. According to which, if you withdraw cash from ATM more than ten thousand rupees, then you will need OTP.

Explain that this rule will be applicable only at SBI ATMs. That is, if you are a SBI customer and withdraw money from another bank’s ATM, then you will not get the benefit of this facility. State Bank of India has informed its customers through a tweet, which says that if you withdraw cash from this ATM from 8 am to 8 am, you can avoid potential fraud under this facility. Huh.
