Apart from this, EWS category flats have also been included in the scheme. All these flats are present in Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Rohini and Vasant Kunj areas of Delhi.

Benefits of the scheme
1. In this, the applicants will get the benefit of subsidy on the loan as per the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
2. The entire application process is online, so there will be no problem.
3.EWS category has flats ranging from 7.55 lakh to 29.50 lakh.
The Lower Income Group has flats ranging from 17.54 lakh to 35.5 lakh.
5. There are flats in the middle income group category ranging from 40.64 lakh to 1.27 crore.
6.Hair Income Group has a total of 215 flats. Their price is 1 crore 97 lakh to 2 crore 14 lakh.

How to apply
The application for the flat will be on the DDA website. It will have to be registered at the option of Housing Scheme 2021. During this time, you will have to fill your name, address and other details. After the completion of the application process, allotment of residential plan flats will be done through online lottery. The payment process will be completed after the name appears in the list.
