Gold Price Today: Gold and silver remain soft, slight rise, Gold futures also fall

Gold Prices today: Gold and silver rose marginally, Gold futures weakened.

Gold-Silver Rates Updates: On Friday, gold rose marginally by Rs 9 to Rs 46,431 per 10 grams in Delhi Bullion Market. HDFC Securities gave this information. In the previous trading session, the closing price of gold was Rs 46,422 per 10 grams. Silver also rose marginally by Rs 53 to Rs 67,460 per kg. Silver had closed at 67,407 in the previous trading session.

In the international market, gold was at a profit of $ 1,764 an ounce. Silver remained almost unchanged at $ 25.87 an ounce. HDFC Securities Senior Analyst (Commodities) Tapan Patel said, “The fall in the dollar and fall in the realization of US bonds led to the rise in gold prices.”

On the other hand, gold futures have also declined. In the futures trade, gold fell by Rs 240 to Rs 46,935 per 10 grams in futures trade, as speculators reduced the size of their deals amid weak demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, the price of delivery gold futures in the month of June lost Rs 240, or 0.51 per cent, to Rs 46,935 per 10 grams. It traded for 11,288 lots.

Market analysts attributed the fall in gold futures to traders cutting their deals.
In the international market, New York, gold was trading 0.23 percent down at $ 1,762.80 an ounce.
