In the domestic spot market also, the prices of gold had registered a tremendous increase yesterday. However, today the sheen of silver is looking a bit faded. Gold futures on Multi Commodity were trading at Rs 47,620 per 10 grams with a jump of Rs 199 or 0.42 % at 9.22 this morning. Yesterday its closing was done at Rs 47,421. During this, silver was down by Rs.24 or 0.04 % at the level of 63,126. In the last trading session, it had closed at Rs 63,150.

Prices jumped in the spot market
Gold prices on Thursday rose by Rs 195 to Rs 46,625 per 10 grams in the Delhi bullion market after the rise in the prices of precious metals and the fall in the value of the rupee in the international markets. Due to this, gold had closed at Rs 46,430 per 10 grams in the previous trading session. Silver also rose by Rs 569 to close at Rs 61,763 per kg. Silver had closed at Rs 61,194 per kg in the last trading session.
