For this, advertisements have been published in major newspapers along with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. Be aware that a default property is a property in which the real owner of the property has not paid his loan. In such a situation, the bank seizes that property and sells them to make up for the loss.

These documents will be needed

1.In auction the price of the property will be less than the actual market price. During the mega e-auction, the bidder will have the opportunity to purchase residential, commercial and industrial properties.

2. If someone buys the property, the person will have to submit their KYC related documents to the bank branch. Apart from this, EMD will be required for the property.

3. The bidder can contact the e-auctioneer or any other authorized agency to get the digital signature.

4. After submitting EMD and KYC documents of the bidder to the bank branch, they will be sent the registered login ID and password by e-auctioners through email ID.
