In such a situation, if you want to restore your old ration card again, you will have to submit the Aadhaar and a family photo of all the members present in the family and fill the form. With this, your ration card will be activated again.

In states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jharkhand, the work of making ration cards is going on fast. In such a situation, if you want to add the name of a member of your family or remove the name of someone, then you can go to the office of the supply department and submit the form and documents.

Online application can also be made to activate the ration card again. For this, one has to go to the official website of the Food Supply Department. Fill the form by logging in there. During this time, the applicant will have to make photocopy of Aadhaar number, mobile number, details of bank account, residential and voter card etc.
