According to HCL Tech, employees will be paid a special bonus in February 2021. Its impact is not included in the EBIT (earnings before interest and tax) forecast for FY 2020-21, as reported by the company last month. According to the company, it is issuing special bonuses to its employees across the world on the occasion of crossing the income level of USD 10 billion in 2020, totaling more than Rs 700 crore.

Special bonus equal to 10 days
According to the statement, all employees who spend a year or more on this joyous occasion will be given a special bonus equal to ten days’ salary.
