Fuel Rates Today: After maintaining peace over the weekend, on Monday, May 10, 2021, oil marketing companies increased the price of retail fuel. There was no increase in the prices of petrol and diesel for the last two days, but today petrol has become costlier by 26 paise and diesel by 33 paise. On Friday, the prices of petrol were increased by 35 to 44 paise and diesel prices by 45 to 51 paise.

In the last five days, petrol has become expensive by Rs 1.19, while diesel has become expensive by Rs 1.33. The prices had stabilized since the announcement of the assembly elections. Prices were also reduced 4 times in April, but till the results of the elections, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased five times so far.

After today’s changes, now the price of petrol in Delhi has increased from 91.27 to 91.53 rupees per liter. At the same time, diesel has increased from 81.73 to 82.06 rupees per liter.

Talking about Mumbai, petrol has increased from 97.61 to Rs 97.86 per liter and diesel is being sold from 88.82 to Rs 89.17 per liter. Petrol in Chennai is being increased from 93.15 rupees to 93.60 rupees and diesel 86.96 rupees per liter. At the same time, the price of petrol in Kolkata has been Rs 91.66 and the price of diesel has been increased to Rs 84.90 per liter.
