Share Market Updates: After the budget, the market is seeing a boom today, Nifty above 17,700
Opening with gains in the stock market.

On the day of Budget 2022, after seeing good growth till the closing on Tuesday, the domestic stock markets have opened with a jump on Wednesday as well. Both the benchmark indices recorded gains today amid positive global cues. The Sensex gained about 500 points and the Nifty opened above 17,700. In the opening, the Sensex opened with a jump of 493.27 points or 0.84% at 59,355.84. At the same time, Nifty was recorded at the level of 17,721.10 with 144.30 points or 0.82%.

At 10.18 in the morning, the Sensex was gaining 485.04 points or 0.82% and the index was trading at the level of 59,347.61. At the same time, Nifty was at the level of 17,727.90 and it was registering a gain of 151.05 points or 0.86%.
Kotak Mahindra, ITC, Bajaj Finance and PowerGrid were the biggest gainers on Nifty today. On the other hand, Tech Mahindra, Adani Ports, UltraTech Cement remained in decline. 22 stocks remained in the green on the BSE index. The biggest fall was in Tech Mahindra, Tata Steel and UltraTech Cement. At the same time, shares of PowerGrid, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ITC were also on the rise.
If we talk about the previous closings, the stock markets registered a rally on Tuesday amid the emphasis on strengthening infrastructure in the Union Budget yesterday and avoiding new taxes. The BSE Sensex closed with a gain of 848 points on heavy buying in shares of metal and capital goods companies. The Sensex closed at 58,862.57, up 848.40 points or 1.46 per cent after touching a high of 59,032.20. At the same time, Nifty closed at 17,576.85, up 237 points or 1.37 per cent.
