Switzerland’s Real Estate Building Now Sold On Blockchain

Zurich’s famous building, Bahnhofstrasse of Switzerland, was successfully bought by BrickMark on the blockchain.

The building was valued for $134 million, I.e., CHF130 million in terms of tokens.

The CEO of BrickMark, Stefan Rind, said, “There has never been a token-financed transaction of this magnitude” and has further added, “We are implementing what was once no more than a concept in the real estate industry.”

The property is located in the heart of Zurich, which is the centre for financial hubs and the prestigious shopping centres, which has the space of more than 1600 square meters.
